Alec Weinstein was born in Victoria and raised in Campbell River, British Columbia. He is a 3rd-year student at North Island College completing a BBA with a major in marketing. Currently, he is studying at Université Savoie Mont Blanc in the French Alps. In France, Alec is completing a double degree program, with his French degree being a bachelor of Outdoor International Sales and Promotion. Tatu Meagher, Simon Fraser University, winner of the Fall 2022 BC Study Abroad: Stories from Abroad Scholarship

Tatu is a fourth-year SFU student majoring in psychology with a minor in health and counselling. One day, she hopes to work as a child psychologist or elementary school counsellor. Her hobbies are cafe hopping, thrift shopping, and going for walks in the rain. I began my undergraduate university degree back in 2019, knowing that an exchange abroad was something I definitely wanted to do at some point in the coming years.
